Message :Dear Sirs! How presently, after a hurricane "Conson", does a hotel function? Does he host and gives services in full, or there are limitations from the consequences of hurricane? Is a beach cleared? Whether a pool works? Are trees and other plants, injured from a hurricane recovered? Thank you for an answer.

Message :Dear Sirs! I work in travel agency “Mandarin Travel” in Russia in Irkutsk. Our partner in Sanya is “PEGAS TOURISTIK”. We have booking in your hotel for our tourists 29/07/2010 – 12/08/2010 (Tourists: BUTAKOVA SVETLANA, BAKOTIN ALEXEY, BAKOTINA KSENIA, BUTAKOV MAXIM). It is one family. They have 2 rooms – landscape room and sea view room. Is it possible that theirs rooms will be near each other or this category of rooms situated in different parts of the hotel? We have not decided yet which room to choose, because we are a little bit confused with a glass bath in the Executive room...Are there any executive rooms (or maybe other Garden view rooms) with a standard bathroom, not a glass one?         The deluxe sea-view standard room be discounted is RMB818yuan/room/night,and the Friday and Saturday is RMB 898yuan/room/night,which include the 2 adults western breakfast.And also need pay the govenment tax RMB9yuan/person/night.
        But your 4adult and 2 kids maybe need the two deluxe sea-view rooms during the Mar.9th to Mar.21th.and the 2extra-beds,which is RMB 280yuan/bed/night,included the one adult breakfast.
